If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours there will be a $100 fee. If you cancel same-day or do not show up to your appointment there will be a charge of half of your scheduled service. This is out of courtesy for our esthetician’s time and other clients who are wanting to get on the books.

If you are late, know that your service may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late your service is considered “no-showed” and will be charged half the booked service, a minimum of $100.
